Its always blocking some aps and ocorres very frequently freezes from programs like msn or IE.
I know for sure that microsoft changed the way Vista is localized, and there are certain packs for language installation.
You have to use a localized version. For example if you buy it in your country it will be your language. Friend of mine are fine with vista and gaming, and they should be since their systems all have like 4 gb of ram on quad core systems with very high end graphics cards.
For myself though, with only 2gb of ram on a dualcore AMD system, I prefer xp. So picking one or the other from strictly a gaming standpoint depends on your hardware imho. High end, pick vista.. Windows Vista Ultimate has language packs, you just download them. This is one of the extra features for the ultimate version. I am also running Vista Ultimate x86 om my Intel P4 3.
I was a bit afraid of moving to Vista at first, but I really like it now. It boots faster than XP, and is way more stable. So I recommend it. Is BIE a trusted group?

NTFS is one of the few good things they invented…14 years ago…completely closed source. But it works. Will aXXo release a MB version of vista?? Vista is a great concept but a sad sad product…And as long as XP is still around, XP will be my number one product to use and enjoy.
You will need at least 1Gb memory to run Vista properly! I use 64bit version! Vista is the first true 64 bit SO! For games 2GB or more memory is required! Vista is the future, XP is the past!

But this is because most users out there are retarded and need their system to control themselves. There are big pretty buttons to do so. Just search for a torrent called:Vista x64 Retail. Exit and save the BIOS settings. Install Windows Vista.
Disable automatically synchronize computer time with Internet time server feature in Windows Vista. E ntering the computer BIOS again. Set back the time to current date and time in BIOS. Save and exit the BIOS configuration menu. Connect to the Internet. Boot up to Windows Vista.
